2/28/25 around 11am - had carne asada breakfast bowl with eggs, potatoes, steak and chorizo. By 7pm I was so sick with severe stomach cramps, violent diarrhea and vomiting, I ended up in ER on IV fluids and an IV antibiotic. Was given a pain shot for stomach cramps, Lomotil for diarrhea, Zofran for nausea, and prescribed an oral antibiotic to take for 7 days plus more Zofran and also Bentyl for stomach cramps. They did labs and an X-ray of my stomach and diagnosis was bacterial gastroenteritis. I have never thrown up so much or hurt so bad in my life. A friend that ate with me got same thing except did not have the steak or chorizo so I’m assuming it was one of those. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Gas
