I ordered a regular fry and a bacon burger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and mushrooms, ketchup, mustard, Mayo and pickles and I’ve had severe diarrhea ever since eating from them at 1:00pm, November 6th, 2020.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
