Squid Starter Causes Illness

I ordered the squid for starters and it was fine eating it, just didn’t taste of much. And then about 30 minutes after I started feeling very sick and retching. I went to the bathroom and vomited quite violently for around 5 minutes.
Currently still feeling sick 4 hours later | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
