Severe Vomiting After Sushi

Thinking it was sushi Extreme, violent vomiting. Tore a blood vessel ( hosp diagnosis). 4 days later, still can’t eat and only sips of water. Very weak. If this happens to an elderly person or with a compromised system could be far more serious!! Can’t remember if Sushi was on ice??

Lunch buffet. Shrimp chineese food and potato gravy and corn. Myself and my mother both have been sick since yesterday puking non stop and missed 2 days of work!
