Ate fried chicken tenders, fries, creamed corn, grilled chicken wrap on 10/3/2019. Both my husband and I got very ill that night and the next day and it was the only meal we had in common for the previous 36 hours.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
