Ate a salad, meatloaf, fish sticks, fried chicken, milk on 08/23. Symptoms started about 12 hours after eating. Stomach pain followed by vomiting, then diarrhea and fever/headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
