11-16-2019 @ approx 7 p.m.
I ate salad (both iceberg & mixed-breed lettuce) with ranch dressing; rice w/Orange Chicken, 1 pc of fried chicken, and cornbread.
Began having stomach cramping & urgent diarrhea a mere 2 hours later - that lasted most of the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I ate at around 5:00 p.m. and as soon as I got home I had to rush in the house and run to the bathroom. My body aches and I have had constant diarrhea sense. I felt perfectly fine all day prior to eating there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Body Ache
