Went to dinner with friends June 18th, sent home from work the next day because I was throwing up. Terrible headache, I was gassy and had diarrhea as soon as I got home from dinner.

All of our 21 guests had diarrhea We ordered it for dinner around 430pm on 4/3. That night most of our guests had diarrhea that evening. Most went more than 2 times. We all shared notes and that we were all having same symptoms.
