Live Bug in Cake

Bug crawled out from the pan of their Raspberry Breakfast Bar Coffee Cake. The bug was black. It was still alive. We just picked up an aisle online order two hours ago and just opened the cake. We were partway through the cake when I cut a new slice and out came the bug.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
