Friday night after 9pm i stopped and got a number 2 lettuce onion mustard... fast forward to abt 3 am i started to feel funny then by 5 am it was coming outta both ends. Fever chills nausea diaherra vomiting all the above  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
