Ate 4x4 cheeseburger with spread and grilled onions and animal fries. Wife had drilled cheese and animal fries, she is fine. Less than an hour later I have severe cramps and diarrhea.

I ate in n out in my home, and woke up from a nap having to take the fattest dump in my life, and all I remember is getting up and throwing up 5 times. My temperature was high, I was tumbling going back to bed my head spinning.

Went to in n out & got a grilled cheese sandwich with grilled onion & animal style fries. 1 hour later I'm throwing up, upset stomach, diarrhea, nauseous. Never again will I eat this!
