On Tuesday, 4/23/2019, A friend picked up food from 24-hr Jack in the Box around 5 AM - bacon burger for him, chicken fajita pita & seasoned fries for me. We ate it within 1/2 hour.

Had a ribeye Burger at about 330pm yesterday, felt fine till around 11pm. Started to feel real gassy and nauseous and somewhat dizzy. Still feeling the same up to today the 1st of November
