Saturday 3/4/23 7pm ate dinner. Salmon and baked potato, w/side salad.
Started feeling very full and bloated by 9pm, warm and unsettled by 11pm. Searing stomach cramps and nausea at midnight. Vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, weakness at 2:30am on 3/5/23.
