Saturday 3/4/23 7pm ate dinner. Salmon and baked potato, w/side salad.Started feeling very full and bloated by 9pm, warm and unsettled by 11pm. Searing stomach cramps and nausea at midnight. Vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, weakness at 2:30am on 3/5/23.
Aches, chills, and weakness have persisted, now at 48 hours past ingestion.
Another colleague ate at the same time (grilled chicken and mashed potato) and has had similar timing (slightly earlier onset) and identical symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills, Bloating
