Cereal, Milk Cause Nausea

Trix cereal with almond milk. Feeling very nauseous, with moderate stomach cramps. I have a strong stomach, it usually takes a lot to upset it... There's no other reason I can think of for feeling this way. It started soon after I finished the bowl.
