I had the ravioli last night (9:30pm) and woke up at 7:30am with terrible acid reflux and diarrhea. It’s now 12:30pm and the acid reflux has no subsided and the diarrhea is touch and goes. Medicine is not helping

Cooked Curly’s pork ribs to 160 degrees. Woke up at 4am with severe nausea and diarrhea.

Salad bar at the Independece, KY Kroger Marketplace. The only place I ate in two days, no other possibility.
