Went to restaurant around 6:30pm 12/2/21. I ordered mackerel sushi from kiosk machine. When I receive it, I can see that mackerel looks really dark and not fresh. I ate one piece(just to check) and threw away the another piece. This sushi place needs to check sushi…

Sushi Bar Illness Outbreak

Ate on Weds evening around 640-8. We had gyoza, ramen, beef udon, umami smeared beef, shrimp tempura, edamame, miso soup, and a few other sushi can't remember. About 5-6 hours after we left it hit me, then my husband an hour or so later and we are still sick.
