- comments: observed approximately 3 lbs of pic de gallo with preparation date of 3/26/24 @ improper cold holding temperatures during time of inspection. Noted tempperature @ 47. 5 at this time. Instructed to hold all tcs foods @ 41f or below at all times and maintain. Person in charge voluntarily discarded said food item at this time. Priority violation. 7-38-005. Citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 30 rodent droppings under equipment at the concession stand under equipment storage. Instructed to remove, clean and sanitize. Must eliminate pest activity. - comments: observed sneeze guard installed for dessert display at concession stand #212 not positioned and not at proper height standard. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed ice scoops not stored properly in the following concession stands during the time of inspection. Noted s115, s122, s104, and s108. Instructed to store ice scoop in clean container between uses to prevent possible contamination.

- comments: observed milk crates used for storage and elevation throughout concession stands. Instructed to remove and provide adequate storage that is smooth and easily cleanable.
