Additional information: I didn't eat all day looking forward to it. I had the rare steak, a ceasar salad and pilaf. I also ate the served bread and butter.... See More This was over by 630ish. Once I got home, about 10:00 I had 2 hostess cupcakes. From 4:30am-5:30 am i woke with severe pain and made multiple bathroom trips for diarrhea, like 5. I then slept from about 530 to 7 am when alarm went off. Had diarrhea twice this AM and once at about 1230. Definitely slowing down vs. last night. Have not eaten anything since 10 last night. Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: Common symptoms of Longhorn Steakhouse food poisoning are diarrhea and nausea. Longhorn recently suffered an E. coli outbreak that sickening 5 people in Ohio. E. coli is associated with undercooked beef and symptoms can include are vomiting, stomach cramps, and bloody diarrhea.
