Got the great American steak dinner. Sirloin, house salad, mac n cheese, and shrimp and lobster chowder. Woke up with stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting. Brother had the porterhouse, salad, and baked potato, woke up with nausea this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
