Pasta Meal Causes Illness

Had pasta and felt a little nauseous right before we leave, thought it’s because of bad circulation and felt better when I was out with fresh air. Feel okay before sleep, but awoke in the midnight, throw up and had very severe diarrhea which last two days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
