Ate the chicken salad sandwich with a side of fruit. My stomach started hurting and I spent 6 hours throwing up and diarrhea. My daughter (a nurse) said it was most likely food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
