7-31-2020 2pm large french fries large diet coke. Other days I order 20 piece Mc nuggets,large diet coke.About 70% of the time I eat there I tend to get stomach cramps and diarrhea about 15 minutes after eating. Once I finish going to the bathroom I'm fine for the rest of the day.

I came into this McDonalds around 2:00PM on April 10, 2017. I ordered a large fry and a large sweet tea. I also had some ketchup with my fries. I started feeling sick around 4:00PM. I started pooping diarrhea 4-5 times in a timespan of 30 minutes.…
