After 1hr she was vomiting and next day Diarrhea and temperature 38c
Crying and she was red hot

My 8 year old daughter had a happy meal including fish fingers, orange juice & chips. 5 am she woke us crying that she had severe stomach pain & headache. She has vomited 6 times within 4 hours & still she is in pain. Why is that ?

Happy meal and fruit bag, After eating a happy meal my 4 year old was vomiting and had diarrhea all night. First time I’ve ever seen her like this! Not happy
