Had crispy chicken Deluxe and always had a lot of lettuce on it and tomatoes I have the feeling it's one of those two things on there and not necessarily the chicken

Egg McMuffin Causes Illness

3/21 I ate a McDonald's Egg McMuffin and small hashbrowns at 6:30 AM and I begin having nausea and stomach pain by 0900 and I started vomiting at 1 o'clock. The vomiting persisted until 9:00pm. Anti Nausea meds helped in the evening. Diarrhea throughout the night.

My husband was at mcdonalds with our 5year old, 3 year old and 1 year old. And two of them started vomiting as soon as they came home this morning
