I ordered an iced coffee and a sausage burrito for breakfast this morning around 9am. Now, at 12pm, I feel very nauseous and have to keep running to the bathroom. I've not eaten or drank anything else today.

Got a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle and a large iced Carmel coffee. Food tasted good but 30 minutes late I had the mcshits from hell. Damn you mcdonalds
