Symptoms began same night of trip to restaurant, maybe within six hours. Trip was on Thursday, August 2nd. Me and my fiancé both got sick. We both had double quarter pounders, fries, and I had a diet Coke while he had a sweet tea. Nausea and vomiting

McDonald's Snack Causes Illness

We were on I-40 east of Knoxville, TN, and stopped at McDonald's for a snack. I got a cheeseburger and vanilla shake, and my husband got a big Mac. That night I started feeling nauseated with chills. I also experienced stomach pain and diarrhea. My husband has experienced similar symptoms.
