Egg McMuffin Illness Suspected

Ordered a Sausage McMufifn with egg last night. Woke up this morning with Nausea, Fever, Vomiting and Diarrhea. I have had food poisoning once before and this feels just like it. My wife and I shared fries and nuggets and I was the only one who ate the McMuffin, so I'm thinking it had to be that.
