Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness

I ate a spicy chicken sandwich at 450pm Aden cheese and lettuce and threw up at multiple times approximately 6pm and 8pm I’ve had diarrhea about 20 mins or so after finishing the sandwich. And have had it since  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Approximately 2 pm, my friend and I ordered 2 for $5 filet of fish and 2 for $5 Quarter Pounders. I ate the fish and he ate the beef. He questioned if the beef was undercooked, but he erred on the assumption of ketchup and ate them… See more
