Last night from here, I had a bbq bacon stack and fries I was nauseous after the meal and was sick within an hour of eating it then 3 times later all before midnight , today have had Diarrhoea and headache and dissines

I ordered a double cheese burger and large chips around 11 but by 2 I was consistently vomiting every 10 minutes which continued throughout the evening till 10 where I got a high fever but due to medicine I got better and stopped the constant vomiting however…
