We got a pineapple pork bun. Hours later, had violent nausea and vomiting that continued to worsen into the other symptoms mentioned. It was horrible.

Ate a pork steamed bun and a pork rice noodle roll, both my partner and I got nauseous, and started vomiting when we got home about 30 minutes after we left.
