Mushroom Soup Causes Diarrhea

Two packages of mushroom soup. I had the first one and I had diarrhea almost immediately. But also my body condition wasn’t good so I wanted to believe it’s not because of food. But tonight I had the second one and I have had diarrhea unfortunately.
