Ordered sausage and cheese pizza, was fine until two hours later when I got violently sick. My friend got a meat lovers pizza so I'm guessing it was the mild sausage.

Meat Lover Pizza Illness

I had the 11 inch thin crust meat lover pizza. It was delicious but I had explosive diarrhea later in the afternoon. I was sweating a few hours later. I had stomach cramps for 24 hours and I was wiped out for 36 hours.
