Ordered my pizza for carry out. Turned out not being the one I ordered. Ate it any way. Had red peppers which I did not order on mine. Stomach pain and diarrhea started within hours.

Salad Causes Severe Symptoms

I had a build your own salad for lunch - with romaine, olives, corn, cheese, bacon and chicken, with ranch dressing. About 7 hours later I started getting severe stomach pains and then the diarrhea started. It’s been awful!

About 4 hours after I ate the pizza I woke up in the middle of the night with intense stomach cramping and vomited all the pizza out. This proceeded into the next day where it got worse with a fever, chills, diahrea, dehydration, muscle cramping, and more…
