Party travelled back on 20/8/2023, holiday began 6/8/2023.Few of us were unwell while away, as were a few other guests. We thought it was just holiday tummy,but eldest of party isnow in Addenbrookes hospital Cambridge with confirmed salmonella .We never went off the resort. Dreams Onyx Punta

Got ill from a suspected dessert at the Capers Italian restaurant at this location. Myself and other members of the party who ate the dessert all fell violently ill.

I was poisoned I lost oxygen, continue to vomit over 75 times. Ai was dehydrated and the hotel medical team rushed to the hospital where they provided me with nausea, water through IV. I was charged $1500 dollars in order to leave this was May 20, 2022.

My husband and I went for 5 days and as soon as I ate the food the very first night I had the runs all through the trip no matter where I ate. Got home and still have the same symptoms they haven’t resolved yet

Stayed there in Dec 2019- got sick the first day from something from food. 2 other people in our party also feeling nauseous and sick for 2 days however for me it took 4 days and hospital overnight stay! Symptoms were extreme vomiting, diarrhea, extreme abdominal pain,

and lack of appetite! There is a clear sign of lack of hygiene , the staff at buffet dont wear gloves, they used their own hands to stock up bread or muffin! The foods are not covered , and there are soooo many flies! And worst of all, the food is not cooked properly! All meats are raw, even pizza were raw! Extremely poor food quality!

Arriving home my symptoms started within hours. I arrived home at 1:00 am in the morning. Intestinal issues and I am on day 3. The resort hosted a private event for 2000 people music festivals and it looks like about 100 people got sick on our Facebook page.
