The recalled products are:
- 20-lb. carton boxes containing four packages of “SKYLINE PROVISIONS, INC. GROUND BEEF 81/19” with “ITEM # 000248” printed on the label.
- 20-lb. carton boxes containing four packages of “SKYLINE PROVISIONS, INC. GROUND BEEF 75/25” with “ITEM # 000293” printed on the label.

These products were produced and packed on Aug. 19, 2023, and bear establishment number “EST. 19300” inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The problem was discovered after FSIS received a customer complaint reporting that a foreign object was found during food preparation.

FSIS is concerned that some product may be in institutional freezers. Institutions are urged not to serve these products.

Grandy Organics of Hiram, Maine is voluntarily recalling Gluten Free Honey... See More Oat Granola with lot code 231017-03459-1 because it may contain undeclared Coconut. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to coconut run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction should they consume this product. The affected lot of Gluten Free Honey Oat Granola was distributed to FL, to a food service distributor, to a food processor in California, and direct to individual consumers in Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, and New York. No allergic reactions related to this matter have been reported to date.

This product was packed in 25lb cases containing (2) 12.5lbs bags with a UPC of 648960034590. This product was also packed in 3lb bags and sent direct to consumers.

After conducting a thorough tracing exercise, Grandy Organics discovered that the product potentially containing trace levels of coconut was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of coconut.

If consumers have an allergy or severe sensitivity to coconut, they should not consume the product.
