Ordered chicken parm and side of Alfredo to go. Ate salad at night and felt nauseous next day. Had the chicken and pasta for lunch. In two hours sick with diarrhea and vomiting for three days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had ordered the Roscato wine, chicken & gnocchi soup & by the time my shrimp Alfredo came…I felt full, so ate very little….left the restaurant about an hour later…& had violent vomiting beside the road…friends took me to the ER…& just got there & diarrhea started!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
