Ordered filet mignon with toowoomba topping and mushrooms. Sweet potatoe and mixed veggies for side. Ate around 8pm, woke up to extreme nausea and vomiting along with diarrhea around 4am. It’s now 3 pm and still have all symptoms plus a fever of 102… terrible headache and overall body pain

What I ate I think I hate at this place and had the sirloin with grilled shrimp on the Barbie. My sides were the chili and a Caesar salad. I woke up with horrible stomach pains, nausea, vomiting, and liquid diarrhea, It happened Yesterday

Ordered delivery received coconut shrimp around 10 pm I was woken with projectile vomiting all night. The next day feeling sick and feverist.
