Orange Chicken Illness Report

Had orange chicken and lo mien bowl around 7pm. woke up at 1am vomiting with stomach cramps. proceeded to vomit four more times throughout the night. Chills, body ache, nausea, diarrhea. Next day feeling extremely exhausted. Unable to eat much of anything.
