Had orange chicken with chow mein, spring rolls and an egg roll. Was vomiting and had diarrhea approx 3 hours after eating and was hospitalized for two days and had a very high fever and white blood cell count.

I ordered honey walnut shrimp , I knew something was wrong before I left the drive thru because the girls working were whispering to each other and smirking. That was a automatic red flag. My instincts were correct, as I woke up middle of the night vomiting…
