At at PE on Wednesday, have the beef, noodles and egg roll. Food was way overcooked and might have been sitting there all day. Two hours later I felt nauseous and later threw up. It is now day 3 and I still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
