After i ate panda express, kung pao chicke, orange chicken, steamed veggies, and brown rice, I felt like i needed to explode within 30 mins.. bad diaherra, then came home and diahreea again.

Tuesday, December 5 at noon. Chicken Teriyaki. I had to wait while they were preparing the raw chicken on the grill, and they may have rushed it out. That evening I was violently ill. I had nothing else that day to eat except a small sandwich at home for dinner.
