Hot teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef with rice and noodles. Nausea and stomach pain several hours later. Late that night had cramping , vomiting and diarrhea several times. Still having diarrhea wit body aches and upset stomach.

Chow Mein Nausea & Vomiting

Ate at 1:30pm, felt nauseous around 7pm, was vomiting by 10pm. Only meal I ate that day, I had chicken and chow mein from there.
