On Tuesday March 5th., I had lunch in Panera. Small dish Macaroni and cheese and small Cuban Sandwich. Te taste of the sandwich was not very good I just had half of it.

I went to Panera bread in Piscataway, central nj to get a bbq flatbread last night during my break at work at 7 pm-8pm, aug 4 2018, and immediately after eating the whole sandwich, I started to receive severe stomach cramping that I assumed was just gas.…
