Nausea After Chicken Caesar

I got the chicken Caesar salad with chicken noodle soup. Everything seemed good up until an hour or 2 past I felt like complete shit I was working and I went to the bathroom multiple times because I felt like I was gonna throw up.

Tomato soup, apple bbq chicken flatbread. Diarhea, fever, vomiting, Sickness started 5 hours after eating. Started with general pain and fever before turning worse. Solved after 24-30 hours of sickness.
