Tuesday , The last thing I had before I felt fine was this I had a soup and salad i had the cheddar broccoli soup, and a Cesar salad with no chicken and that’s all I had I haven’t eaten since.

Either Clam Chowder or Seasonal Greens Salad, Ate lunch around 11:30 AM. Started feeling uneasy around 4:00. Diarrhea started at around 5:00 PM and persisted until 1:00 AM when vomiting ensued. I was only diner this morning.

I had the autumn squash soup along with a chicken salad sandwich with tomato, kale, arugula, avocado. Almost immediately after finishing, I had a sharp pain in my stomach. I threw up 6 times. Felt feverish and had to leave work. I’ll never eat there again.
