Chicken Soup Illness Report

I ordered chicken noodle soup and perhaps it was when they first opened and the soup wasn't fresh. I had such bad stomach pains and diarrhea all night into the following day. Maybe the soup was a day old or not hot enough. But I thought I was going to die.
