I ate a chicken salad on Tuesday along with a slice of bread and a smoothie. That’s all I had ate that day and a few hours later I got diarrhea which has been on going for 3 days now.

Ate meal at 8 pm. Symptoms of nausea/diarrhea came 4 hours later. Vomiting started 5 hours after.
