Delivery,4/20/21 cheese pizza and sausage, pepperoni and cheese pizza. 3 slices eaten at 715pm . 12am, nauseous, stomach cramping. 2am diarrhea, vomiting, headache until 11am. 11am to 1,pm 4/22.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
