Ate mushroom pizza. My kid ate cheese pizza and they are fine. Me, 30 minutes after I ate 3 slices of the shrimp, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, worst headache ever. Still ill.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Headache, Stomach Pain
